Screeding.com is a professional floor screeding contractor based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, serving London and the Home Counties and travelling further for sufficiently large or profitable projects.

When you submit a quotation or estimate enquiry, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name (if supplied), project postcode, project type and stage, screed requirements, area and depth measurements where provided, timescale, contact preference and any optional notes or details you choose to include.

We use this information solely to respond to your screeding, flooring or quotation enquiry, to assess suitability, and to issue a formal quotation if appropriate.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the date of your last activity, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless there is a legitimate legal, accounting or contractual reason to retain it longer.

When you upload drawings, bills of quantities, specifications or similar documents through the commercial quotation route, those files are stored privately, associated with your enquiry, and used only to review your project and prepare a quotation. They are not published on the website or shared outside Screeding.com and its reviewing team unless required to respond to your enquiry, comply with law, or protect the service.

We do not send marketing emails without explicit opt-in. Submitting an enquiry does not opt you into marketing communications.

We do not sell your information. We may share enquiry details only with trusted suppliers, subcontractors or professional advisers where needed to respond to your enquiry or to deliver a project.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing quotes@screeding.com.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep enquiry information secure, including private storage of submitted details and access controls for the people who handle them.
