Systems, depths and drying are set by the specification and manufacturer's data, with BS 8204 as context. Our main screeders each have 30 years' screeding experience.

Each project starts with the available technical information: floor build-up, screed system, area, depth, access, programme and intended finish. That information informs the quotation, installation planning and the handover requirements for follow-on trades.
Technical review
Drawings, BoQs, specifications, UFH details and programme information are reviewed against the proposed floor build-up.
Quotation
Scope, assumptions and project requirements are set out for the specific enquiry rather than inferred from a generic rate.
Programme and installation
Access, readiness, phasing, system requirements and interfaces with other trades are considered before installation.
Handover
Curing, drying, UFH commissioning, moisture testing and floor finish requirements are communicated for the specified system.
