These plain terms cover use of the Screeding.com website and the enquiry and quotation process. This page is general website and business information and is not legal advice.

Who this site is for

Screeding.com is a professional floor screeding contractor based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, working with main contractors, developers, commercial clients, flooring and underfloor heating partners, builders and residential clients across London and the Home Counties.

Using the website

You may use this website to learn about our screeding services and to submit an enquiry or quotation request. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.

Enquiries and quotations

The enquiry forms on this site allow you to share project details so that we can respond. Any indicative estimate generated on the site is provided for general guidance only and is not a fixed quote. A formal quotation is issued only after we have reviewed the project details, drawings, specifications and site conditions you provide.

Uploaded files

When uploading drawings, specifications, bills of quantities or similar documents, you confirm that the files are relevant to your screeding enquiry and that you are entitled to share them. You must not upload material that is unlawful, malicious, infringes someone else's rights, or is unrelated to the enquiry.

Site content

The content on this website, including text, images, diagrams and layout, is owned by Screeding.com or its licensors. You may view and share links to the pages but you may not copy, republish or reuse the content commercially without our permission.

Guidance only

Information on this website about screed types, depths, drying times and tolerances is general guidance. Whether a particular screed or system is suitable for your project depends on details we can only assess after reviewing the project, including substrate, build-up, programme, access and intended use. No guarantee of suitability is given based on the website alone.

Limitation

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on general website content or from any interruption, error or unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction.
